Routine Maintenance
Replacing periodic maintenance parts
The periodic maintenance parts must be replaced regularly to maintain print quality. The parts listed below
must be replaced after printing approximately 50,000 pages
1, PF Kit 2, Fuser and Laser.
Please call your local Brother dealer or Brother customer service when the following messages appear on
the LCD:

Description
Replace the fuser unit.
Replace the laser unit.
Replace the paper feeding kit for the paper tray.
Replace the paper feeding kit for the lower tray (option).
Replace the paper feeding kit for the multi-purpose tray.
