Basically if you have installed the hard drive and AEC-6885M successfully, and
have partitioned or erased the hard drive, one or more hard drive icons will appear
on the desktop. You can use the built-in Disk Utility to verify or repair the hard drive
when it has something wrong.

"About This Mac" and then "More Info".
Another way of finding the system information is described below.
1. Click "Finder" at the bottom of the Mac OS screen.
