Individual Authorization Code

If you are assigned to use an individual authorization code (1 to 7 digits,
assigned to your own extension), you can lock your own extension to a
common authority level when, for example, you are out of the office. You
can also change temporarily any other phone used within the exchange
to the same authority level as you have on your own phone. The indi-
vidual code can be changed from your own extension.
Locking the Phone
To lock your phone, do the following:
1.
Press *76*.
2.
Enter the authorization code, press # and
Wait for a verification tone.
3.
Press
to finish the procedure.
Making Calls While the Phone Is Locked
To make calls with your authority level when your phone is locked, do the
following:
1.
Press *75*.
Note: Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden, press *72*.
2.
Enter the authorization code, press # and
Wait for a verification tone.
3.
Dial the digits to get an external line and the external number.
Opening the Phone
To open your phone, do the following:

Press #76*.
