As soon as the registration drive signal turns off, the registration brake clutch is kept on depending on the
way paper is being fed for a specific period of time to prevent idle rotation otherwise caused by inertia.

COPIER > ADJUST > FEED-ADJ > REGIST (Adjustment of the timing the registration roller clutch
is turned on.)
