Conference Two Previously Connected Calls
Begin with active calls on one line appearance and its associated call appearance.

Call Forward
The Call Forward feature allows you to temporarily redirect your incoming calls to
another number.
•
Each directory number on the phone must be forwarded separately.
•
If you have more than one directory number on your phone, you must press the line
key first.
Step
Forward your main directory number:
1.

Action
Press the Conf hard key.
Press the line key of one of the calls to
bring into the conference.
Press Conf again.
Action
On-hook or off-hook:
Press the Forward softkey.
If the Forward softkey is not visible on
the main screen, use the More softkey
to find it.

Both calls are on hold.
•
A third line opens.
•
You hear dial tone.
The first line is connected.
•
The other line is connected.
•
The conference is established.
•
Only one line lamp is on.
Result
Hear the 2-beep confirmation tone.
