Customize your 480i IP Phone
Options List
The Options key allows you to access a list of configuration options for your phone.
The following table shows the phone options you can access with the Phone UI (User
Interface.) Options requiring an administrator password are indicated.
If you make changes from the default settings, they are permanent until you change them
again.

Description
Assigns the language used for displays and menus.
Sets the time and date on the phone.
Sets ring tone preference and call progress tones for
your phone.
Clears the Message Waiting Indicator lamp.
Sets the contrast level for the phone display.
Controls the Live Dialpad feature.
Sets the audio type used to handle calls your calls.
There are four audio mode options to choose from.

Handsfree Speakerphone.
•
Headset.
•
Speaker/Headset.
•
Headset/Speaker.
A system-level option requiring an administrator
password.
A system-level option requiring an administrator

Allows you to:
•
View the phone IP address and MAC address.
•
View the firmware version on the phone.
•
Restart the phone.

Set the phone to factory default settings – A
