Menu opens the "Call" menu (see page 51).
Call for a virtual number (tele secretary)
In the OpenCom 100 / Aastra 800, numbers can be configured to which no telephone
and no subscriber are assigned (virtual numbers). The system administrator can
forward a virtual number to another internal number, the number of your telephone
for example. Such a forwarded call is signalled as a normal call on your telephone.
External calls with unknown call number
When you receive an external call where the caller indicates a different number than
the one actually being transmitted (CLIP no screening), your display will show a "?"
next to the call number. If the indicated call number is saved as a phone book entry, as
usual, the name will be shown along with a question mark. Note: Display of the "?" can
be deactivated by the system administrator.
VIP Calls
These calls from authorised users are signalled even when call-waiting protection, call
protection or call diversion have been activated.
